"move and size with cells" option for inserted images

first off, excellent library here!

In Excel, you can set some properties on images, such as "move and size with cells".  Is there a way to do this with this wonderful perl library?  Without, the option of "move but dont size with cells" is being set. I am guessing it is the default.
