Wizard cannot be started when executed outside PDE environment

Hi all,
 I need your help with this problem. I tried to install my spray plugin via update site. Everything is fine until I try to create a new diagram using the wizard.
This is the error I got:

The selected wizard could not be started.
Plug-in org.eclipselabs.spray.examples.mydiagram was unable to load class org.eclipselabs.spray.examples.mydiagram.internal.ExecutableExtensionFactory.
org.eclipselabs.spray.examples.mydiagram.internal.ExecutableExtensionFactory cannot be found by org.eclipselabs.spray.examples.mydiagram_2.1.0.201506131056

I've attached a screenshot as well.

There was a problem with the build properties.

The solution was to add the "." to the section "bin includes"

your plugin.xml will refer to the ExecutableExtensionFactory when something is instantiated through an extension point. But since it fails to load that class it is likely that the org.eclipselabs.spray.examples.mydiagram plugin was not activated. This is usually an indication of an unsatisfied dependency.

You may get a hint if you open the Console View, then switch to the „Host OSGi Console“ and try to start the plugin manually by entering

   start org.eclipselabs.spray.examples.mydiagram

This may raise an exception which gives you a hint which dependent plugin was not started. If so, try to start the missing plugin, which will again give you an indication of about an error. Repeat until you find the root cause.

The warnings on build.properties should be treated seriously when exporting plugins.
