Hi Joerg,
do you have any experience in transforming a Graphiti diagram in actual java code? I'm reading now about Acceleo and Xpand, but I really have no idea how to link the run-time model with them.

Thanks for your attention
Simone

Hi Simone,

there's an open issue in Spray to support this by default: https://code.google.com/a/eclipselabs.org/p/spray/issues/detail?id=283. Anyway in this ticket there is a small prototype that shows how to process an graphiti model.

Regards,
Joerg

Great :) Is anybody working on this feature?
Moreover, why did you use xtend? Sorry for the (maybe) silly question, but there are so many technologies and really I do not know where to start with.

Not really as it is a bit out of scope of Spray, and there are lot of other things to do.

Xtend is the successor of Xpand and have some nice features (and I'm also working for the company that is developing this framework). Spray itself uses Xtend.

Alright, I've understood how it works :) I just need to undestand how Xtend works.

Many thanks
Simone
