PackageImpl cannot be cast to org.eclipse.emf.codegen.ecore.genmodel.GenModel

Hi all,

 Can  anybody help me with this error? My Spray project does not compile anymore due the error in the Subject.

It is a very strange error. Everytime I import a Spray project I got this error from the others:

BUILD FAILED

C:\Users\Simone\XMAN_TOOL_V2\xman.spray.atomic\ant-update-plugin-xml.xml:20: The following error occurred while executing this line:

C:\Users\Simone\XMAN_TOOL_V2\xman.spray.atomic\ant-update-plugin-xml.xml:76: C:\Users\Simone\XMAN_TOOL_V2\xman.spray.atomic\src-gen\plugin_diagramtype.xml doesn't exist

So the result is that nothing compiles and I really do not know what to do. Can please somebody shade some lights on it?

This is the error I got in a *.spray diagram after the import. 

The required feature 'modelType' of 'org.eclipselabs.spray.mm.spray.impl.DiagramImpl@2eaad0{platform:/resource/xman.spray.atomic/model/atomic.spray#/0}'

   must be set
