How often "nightly" builds are built ? And what invokes the process ? By looking at http://nightlies.spray.io/ it seems like it's manual process now.

"Every day shortly past midnight UTC a new build is made available unless the respective branch has not seen any new commits since the last build."

It's automatic. There are things which can lead to the irregular schedule you are seeing:

 * no new changes -> no new nightly
 * 1.0 and 1.2 branches have to be merged manually and this isn't done every day
 * there are build failures sometimes for which we are sometimes retrying the nightly build over the day

It's basically blocking bug because I can't even start service within servlet container.

Have you tried this nightly version or do you depend on the 1.2 version?
