Happy Labor Day Weekend!

Hope you're doin' well! Been super busy!  I'm still doin' the <A
href="http://www.myspace.com/SPradio1"target="_blank">radio/webcast
shows</A> (with lots of interviews); I've been booking over a year at
The District (Tustin Legacy), and as of last weekend... Mrs. Tazy and
I just adopted from the Animal Shelter... a beautiful 10-week old
Hemmingway cat named Milo (named after the vocalist of one of my
favorite bands...The Descendants)! *I will be posting pix soon!

Additionally... I'm glad to have survived all So. CA dates of <A
href="http://www.warpedtour"target="_blank">Warped Tour 2008 </A> !
(**With much thanks to Kevin, Kate, & the rest of the wonderful Warped
Tour staff; and also... much props & thanx to Half Past Two, Gina's
Pizza's Steve & Peter, and musician Cory Case & his girlfriend for
assisting me with this year's Ska Parade Booth)!

Thrilled to see lots of fans getting into the SKA at this year's
Warped Tour too!

So much that... I am happy to announce that my friends at <A

are allowing me the honor of doing a <b><A href="http://
www.skaparade.com/news.html"target="_blank">SKA PARADE PARTY </A></b>
on Sept. 6th, 2008
(all ages; doors at 6:30pm) [note: it's been ten years, since the last
one]!!!

The lineup features the best of the latest SKA acts out of So. CA,

chaselongbeach"target="_blank">CHASE LONG BEACH</A></b>, <b><A
href="http://www.myspace.com/halfpasttwoska"target="_blank">HALF PAST
TWO</A></b>, and <b><A href="http://www.myspace.com/
thegreatestskabandever"target="_blank">MAXWELL SMART</A></b>.  And
then... some classic SKA acts that include <b><A href="http://
www.myspace.com/starpool"target="_blank">STARPOOL</A></b> (ex-Save
Ferris / Freakdaddy / No Doubt); and a reunion of the band that
inspired The Aquabats... <b><A href="http://www.myspace.com/
gogo13"target="_blank">GOGO13</A></b>!!!

Much props to <A href="http://www.myspace.com/
goonholler"target="_blank">Parker Jacobs</A> (GoGo13 / The Aquabats /
ex-Paul Frank / and currently of Nickelodeon's <A href="http://
www.myspace.com/yogabbagabba"target="_blank">Yo Gabba Gabba</A> fame)
for designing the fantastic poster for this show (see below)!
