ELIGIBILITY: Please do note that each of the positions (other than technical and legal consultant) is open to applicants from all backgrounds who have a managerial and analytical bent of mind, irrespective of their stream, discipline or academic scores.
APPLICATION PROCESS: We have shared the profile of all unplaced students.
SELECTION PROCESS AND JOINING: The selection process consists of an online logic and personality test which the applicants can take remotely, followed by Skype interviews with shortlisted candidates.
Given the constraints posed by the COVID-19 outbreak, the selected candidates will begin working from home and will only be expected to join us physically once the situation stabilizes. However, the abovementioned compensation packages will be effective from the date of joining. Additionally, the selected candidates will be allowed to submit their marksheets, degrees and other required documents in due course of time over the year, as-and-when permitted by the situation.

ONLINE TEST: (test partners – GRADE)

HOW DOES IT WORK?
GRADE assessments are conducted online and can be taken from anywhere as long as you have a laptop or desktop and a stable internet connection.
Please follow the instructions below to take the test:
STEP I: ACCESSING THE ASSESSMENT LINK
Your GRADE assessment will be hosted on www.takegrade.com. Please ensure that you access the link using a laptop or desktop only, preferably with a Chrome browser and a stable internet connection.
STEP II: REGISTERING FOR THE ASSESSMENT
On the left side of the LANDING SCREEN, please select “ACCESS USING COMPANY CODE”.
In the text field that appears below, please enter the COMPANY CODE: 2020TRG198
Click on “REGISTER”.
STEP III: LINKEDIN VERIFICATION
GRADE uses LinkedIn to verify candidate profiles. If you do not have a LinkedIn account, you can make one here for free.
Click on “VERIFY WITH LINKEDIN”, and login to your LinkedIn account.
Open your LinkedIn account in a new tab, go to your profile and copy your LinkedIn profile URL. Paste it in the text field and click SIGN UP.
STEP IV: REGISTRATION FORM
The form requires the following information:
1. Personal Details
2. Educational Qualifications
3. Professional Experience (if any)
4. Login Credentials
You will be required to create a password in the LOGIN CREDENTIALS section of the registration form. Please remember to store the password, as it will be used for logging in to start your assessment.
A confirmation email will be sent to you on your registered email address after successful registration.
STEP V: TAKING THE TEST
Upon successful completion of the registration you will be redirected to the LANDING SCREEN.
Click on ACCESS USING COMPANY CODE and re-enter the COMPANY CODE: 2020TRG198
Click START ASSESSMENT. In the pop-up, enter the EMAIL ADDRESS and PASSWORD used in the registration form, and click LOGIN.
You will be redirected to the INSTRUCTIONS PAGE. Read the instructions carefully and click on “START ASSESSMENT” to begin.
WHAT DOES THE TEST CONTAIN?
Each GRADE assessment is curated for the talent profile required by the recruiter. Assessments are usually 30-45 minutes long and are designed to assess the ability-interest congruence between the candidate and the role.
WHEN AND WHERE CAN I TAKE THE TEST?
You can take the assessment anywhere on a desktop or a laptop which has stable connectivity to the internet. Please note that you must complete the assessment in one sitting only. You cannot leave the assessment in the middle and continue it later. Therefore, please ensure that you start the assessment considering factors such as internet connectivity, sufficient battery on your laptop and other similar concerns.
WHAT HAPPENS TO MY SCORE?
All test-taker scores registered through Company Code are sent directly to the recruiters as is.
GRADE doesn’t discriminate or filter test-taker scores and does not partake in any decision-making beyond the administration of the assessment.
