reset request

I have just finished provisioning an ecp seller instance, and see that in the process my account has been suspended and rating dropped before I had any vms available for testing. Can these be reset now that we are actually up and running?

Hi,

It looks like your account is already enabled. I did notice a "Request
exceeds quota limit" error in your logs though. You might want to
increase your quota limit for the SpotCloud user in ECP.

The spotcloud broker user had quota set to None. In the spirit of unix quotas, I assumed this meant unlimited. I changed it to an explicit quota and it works now. I do not see this in the installation documentation. Did I miss it?
