When you receive a SpotCloud warning that says "unable to retrieve vms",
it means that SpotCloud cannot detect which instances are running on
your provider. This could be a permission issue or perhaps your API has
gone down. You can use the API request log in the SpotCloud provider UI
to assist with diagnosing these issues.
