Provider - 1039; CPU Count:24; Memory:32.0 GB

Hello,

I am trying to buy several instances of this machine from this
provider, but each attempt results in a "Failed to create instance";
error message; Ideally, I'd like to be able to fire up 10-20 of these
machines on a regular basis for some heavy processing we have.

I've experimented with starting other instances (Small, and Small 64)
from the same provider, and receive the message "Instance "XXXX"
started but didn't acquire a public IP address and was terminated. You
will not be billed for this instance.."

Is this a genuine offer in the market? If it is we're keen to take it
up.

Our application requires minimum 16GB RAM, and preferably 32GB, so
there are few other providers in the market who can currently meet our
needs.

Also - from a buyers perspective, it is really frustrating not knowing
how many instances are on offer at this price - is it a single machine
or a whole data center's worth? In the share market they tell you how
many shares are available for sale at a given price.

Has anyone else experienced this issue with this provider/instance
type
