SpotCloud Failed to create instance

Just joined SpotCloud and not off to a good start. I loaded up a small amount of funds to test with, but I'm unable to create any of the lower priced instances listed. Choosing the Ubuntu 10.10 appliance and 1 instance always results in "Failed to create instance".
