spotcloud not working! - cant connect with ssh or https to Ubunutu or webmin on several sites.

I've tried 2 machines on Icland of Man and one on Netherlands Amsterdam

and they all refuse connection

ssh spotcloud@IP-address

or

web to https://IP-address:10000

Hi,

I'm assuming you're using the webmin appliance? We've had a few issues
with our public appliances as of late and we're working on resolving
those as we speak. We've already got a functional Ubuntu 10.10
appliance available.
