wrong password multiple times

I have started instances from this provider several times.  Most instances are fine, but this on specific IP each time fails to login with the usual spotcloud password.  I am using the standard Ubuntu image.

IP=81.27.101.163
instance# = 3516 (although this may be different each time)

Can someone correct their Ubuntu image?  The other instances from the same provider are all OK!
