I am working on a project in Newfoundland. Newfoundland has its own weird time zone that is 1/2 hour before Atlantic Time. I am trying to figure out what to enter in the Site Information for the Prime Meridian. The location of the project is at 57.9° west. Given that Newfoundland time is 1/2 a prime meridian west of 45°, should I be entering 52.5 as the Prime Meridian?

Hi Chris,

Interesting problem, I have never worked on a project in a 1/2 hour time zone.  I believe your approach is exactly correct, you just set the prime meridian to halway between the 45° and 60° standard prime meridians, at 52.5°.

Regards,
Zack
