How to query three or more weeks where the largest favorite lost

So, in the Circa Survivor, the carnage has been monumental with 642 entries left out of 12,800, whihc means 95% of the entries are toast right now thanks to the Bengals in Week 1 and Week 3 and the Ravens in Week 2 this season.

So, I know that this last time the largest favorite on the board failed to win the game in three straight weeks last occurred in 2000 in weeks 11-13.

How would be query to find if it has ever happened four consecutive weeks ?

I tried playing around with using 
Streak(Min(line)@week and L)=3 and it failed. 


Any help here is greatly appreciated and granted this has me perplexed, but i want to see if it has ever four or even five consecutive weeks.
