I am a little confused on how to interpret player specific metrics.

I run this query on the sportsdatabase NFL page.

rb rushing yards@season=2025 and RB:Jeremy McNichols:rb rushes>=0 and date=20250907

The result is 220.

When I go the stats page for the same player on the NFL site.

The result is 25.

Can anyone here reconcile the difference between these two numbers?

This is a data error, I think.   I ran the query on Gimmethedog and got 220 and it should be 25 rushing yards

I suggest sending a note to Joe Meyer to alert him of the data error.

I will send a note to the owner of Gimmethedog.com and alert him as well.

It is not a data error so no need to send to Joe.

I ran a different query and it showed two games with 9 yards and then 25 yards in week 1. let me play around with this a little bit.

Here you go Glenn

RB:Jeremy McNichols:rb rushing yards@game number=1 and RB:Jeremy McNichols:rb rushes>=0 and season=2025

Ah, good to know. That works. Thanks for the tip.
