If we start at 7 or anytime beyond the scheduled time, it is not possible to finish the GC considering the constraint of finishing by 10 PM.
The only possible solution is to organize it on a weekend. This weekend there's SOPBOX, hence it will not be possible for hostels to gather players. So lets discuss it in the Sportscom meeting on Monday and reach to a conclusion for the final date.

What? what do u mean by postponed untill date decided. And what is the reason to postpone? I have posted posters in my hostel. Told all the people and this is the second time which i did this and gc being postponed.
DO NOT POSTPONE the gc none of us wants it to be postponed.
It should happen today unless there is a genuine problem(which needs to be mentioned)

yes plz dont postpone it , i have informed all the players. its very difficult for us to notice 40 people daily for gc's.

See, as I notified earlier, we have to shut down the lights at 10 PM sharp. Now, seeing the earlier requests I don't suppose we can finish the GC on time if we take into account the problems notified by other cos.
As far as publicity is concerned, I will personally make sure that flexes and posters are put up in each of your hostels.

@abhishek: people dont see notice and then come to ground for gc, we have to inform them and then have to drag them for gc. so its my request please dont delay this gc as burden on us increasing day to day.

And u have to arrange 1 extra rope for this events to make sure ki 10 bje tak khatm ho jaye.

Classes are major problem for every gc we cant keep all the gc's on weekends..every co want it today then whats is the problem in this..

Dude, the problem is currently only 4 cos have posted this and are active. there are a lot more people in this group who might be in their labs right now and will recieve a shock when they will get to know that the GC is being organised today, so please try and cooperate this time.

They will get shock when they will see that the gc they are planning for is not one hour later but it is postponed. They dint raise any issues it clearly indicate that they have no objection. I cant see any co raised any issue.so plz dont

No one knows the GC is postponed at first because it was posted at 1:59PM so they would be already in Lab and will not receive any SHOCK.And 13,2,3,7,4(you) should know this. So let it happen.

Going by the popular opinion, the GC is going to happen today. But because of the 30 min delay, if we are not able to wrap up by 10 PM, then we will have to reschedule the remaining matches and that will be mutually decided by the remaining teams.
