Is it possible to delay the start by a couple of days? We effectively got 3 days to practice (schedule was posted late on first day) and in those 3 days, there were two GCs (Crossy and Tug-of-War) Also people might go home over the weekend too...

All teams are required to submit their 15 member teams for every match atleast before a day of their match. So the opponent team can set their team according to the Inter-IIT palyer cap rule.

Some hostels were complaining about the lack of practice but they didn't turn up for practice even for a single day. It's my request to all the hostels to come on the field, do some practice and respect the game.

Since some of the hostel have opted out from GC there is a change in schedule. It's my gentle reminder to every hostel to be there on the field 15 minutes before their match. If you are late by 15 minutes then walk over will be given to opponents.

All the teams are requested to come in full kit means jersey ( same colour ), shorts, shin pads and Hockey stick. Insti won't provide anything. Without proper kit team won't be allowed to play any match. Final reminder - If you are late by 15 minutes then walk over will be given to opponents.

H4 and H8 will play their only match tomorrow and that's their only league match as Tansa have opted out. If they play draw then both the teams should be ready for Penalty Shoot out.

And one more thing I am not satisfied with the way previous apology mail was sent its not covering all the points we raised in the meeting. As far as this incident is concerned being a GSSA you can't do such childish actions which involves 2 Big Hostels, mind one thing after what you have done you need not resign[many already want this and you made their desire more].Logically speaking there should be a DAC on you for this.

Now when you send the next apology mail please give the detailed explanation of what you have done and this should be to the whole insti(kheraj ?) I guess.

8:30 se GBM bhi hai and pehle karana hota hai rules ke according.

yar ye bhaut flexible rule hai, we dont have to follow this rule by heart. and moghe nhi khelga hocky so i dont have any problem playing after 8.

arnav, iyer have classes til 8 and rajendra have quiz at 8.

if you keep at 6:30 our three best player wont be able to play. and if you keep it after 8 we will player without rajendra because we have to finish this GC

Hostel 2 players are not in condition to play. 2 or 3 players are injured and beside the injury 3 players have their quiz till 8 and same is the pain with 7. Since we have to play third place match first that's why i scheduled the thirld place match today and finals on next wednesday as H3 have problems on thursday.

aaj match kyun nhi hau? we are getting notice after reaching ground ki aaj match nhi ho rha hai..non-hockey players give up ho jaata hai. ek player k liye GCs matches postpone hone lag gye to fir to ho gyi GCs!!!! Last wednesday ko H2 ko pain tha ..abhi bhi H2 valon ko pain ......har baar H2 ki thodi hi chalegi...mera bhi ek main player nhi hai mujhe to koi pain nhi ho rha h to RK ko kese???

Seriously infy give-up karva rhe ho end me..ek GCs ka match bacha hai karva do please.

@Kheraj -There was some pain from our side but it is all because in absence of good palyers we won't get a good final match that we all wish. When we cleared everything on the field today i don't think you should put some mail to make mockery of the situation.
