The meeting has been postponed to tomorrow. I will notify the time and venue by tonight.

This is the same thing about which we want to give suggestion. All thing you decide is very sudden.its my request plz try to avoid such kind of short notices. If i dint post reminder then i dont think so that we will be getting this mail of postponig the meeting.
