Harmin,

Article 17.2.5 of the SAC constitution says :

Organizational Colours* are reserved for individual domains of activities and would be awarded by the following committees:

Institute Sports Council, Sports Councilors,

any other organizational posts in sports sphere

committee: Sports Committee

the rules have been specified by SAC constitution and by SAC constitution the awards shouldnt be valid as the sports Councillors were not invited who are part of the sports com

Since the award list is not officially submitted, we can have the meeting again. Decide a time. I was also planning to do the same. (skipped my mind, as last year, it was the council only).

Decide the timings of the meeting. The people who have applied are:

1. Shashank Srivastava

2. Kshitij Sankhe

3. Ajinkya duragkar

4. Shailesh Prasad

5. Kheraj Choudhary

6. Abhishek Yadav

7. Hrishikesh kulkarni

8. Prabhakar patel

The above should not be present in the meeting. Other people, please decide the time this week itself.

This is weird but still. I was busy in paf and was not able to check my mails properly and eventually missed out to apply for Org Awards. Since the awards meeting is not yet over I would like to send my name only if you people don't have any problem. Please reply if you have any problem/issue.
