Rain Forces Delay to U.S. Open Tennis Finals, Roof May Be Built - US
Open Final Live Streaming Live
The U.S. Open men's final has been delayed until tomorrow after New
York was buffeted by the remnants of Tropical Storm Hanna, extending
the tennis tournament into a third week for the first time since
1987.
Rain yesterday stopped one men's semifinal and prevented the women's
final from going ahead. The delays may encourage the United States
Tennis Association to put a $100 million roof on the main Arthur Ashe
Stadium, the biggest court in tennis.
