the viewer is cuting the and of my play

hello (sorry i'm not speaking a good english)

Today I have a problem:
I want to share a video of one play that a made on sportdood.
I use the sportdood PC viewer.
the play is in is full version when I look at him on the viewer.
the problem is when I want to make the video (using the red button)
the video who is made is not in her full version (the end is cut)
what can i do?

for information, my play have 13 steps.

Can you send the play to in...@sportsdood.com?  I will look at it and see what I can find.
