question on draw and animation

Hello, (and sorry for my english....)
This app is very interesting but i have a question:
During an animation (play) who have for exemple 10 moments, is it possible to have no text (or draw) from the first to the 3rd, then put some text (or draw) at the moment 4\10 and delete this at the moment 8\10?

Currently the moment only includes player and object (ex. ball) positions and the text/drawing is global (across all moments).
