Some Unwanted Posts

Earlier today, there were two unsolicited and inappropriate posts
made to our Sport Psychology google group. The instant I was made
aware of them I removed them from the forum. I realize, however, that
the google system sent out an email informing all of us of the new
posts. Please disregard the emails and accept my apologies.
Although the anonymity of the internet prevents me from knowing the
identity of whoever made the posts, they were reported to the proper
authorities, which is the most severe recourse available to us.
I was shocked and saddened by this event, but I realize that this kind
of thing is always a danger on the web. In the future, we should all
be able to share this corner of cyber-space like adults and use it to
further our noblest ideals as educators.
