A Featured Adventue if no one can play it?

Their testing GA-related stuff out at the moment so they don't have do
deal with thousands of other GA creations when it comes out. But what
do you mean by "new achivements"? Are you talking about the trophies
and stuff?

^ Definitly, but I've been having a harder time then I thought
scheduling to go get it.

I preordered it. I received it the day it came out.

I'm in the process of creating an adventure right now. I'll probably
publish it this weekend. I've been working on it since the day it came
out. I'm really proud of my adventure and I think (if you buy GA)
everyone should definitely play it. I'm going to try to make it a
trilogy.

Need to think of a name for it though... Its about a downed ship on a
planet filled with oversized dinosaur-like aliens. The player is a
soldier that has to rescue his comrades from the wreckage and travel
through the planet jungles and valleys while avoiding carnivores and
overprotective herbivores. The goal is to reach the bridge of the ship
that crashed right on the coast of the ocean. Ultimately, the other
episodes will contain a trek to find a communications device in the
mountains, and a defend mission where you blast dino-aliens
threatening to overrun you while your allies pick you up.

Ideas for a name?

Maybe you could name the missions after some insignificant object in
each one, like the name of the most abundant and smallest plant.
(anyways, I just got GA today, but I wanted to download the patch and
see what that does first. But the server's on the fritz again!) (oh,
and I may have asked you already, but what's your Battlefield Heroes
username?)

Ah, Battlefield Heroes. I haven't done much with that aside from make
one character. Hmm, I think my username is VonRansom or somesuch silly
thing, If I knew that it would be my profile name and not my character
name, it would have been Yorpy as usual. Oh well.

I think I'm going to name it with a running title and sub headers.

Like the first one would be "Escape from Thyilea: Rough Landing" or
"Escape from Thyilea: Mayday"

second one: "Escape from Thyilea: Communication is Key"

third: "Escape from Thyilea: Last Stand"...

anyway, just ideas...

And I got GA yesterday! Although I've been running into some trouble
(are you supposed to install patch 4 before or after installing GA?),
it's been going ok. (and what's with needing the GA cd to start it
up?)

I think I realized why no one is playing it. There isn't as much
incentive to play an adventure with a locked captain. You can't lvl up
and stuff. Perhaps I'll revise it to let you play with a unique
captain... hmmm....

through it! And I can say you did a fine job on that mission,
Yorpy. :D And good luck on my beachball adventure! (I don't think I
even got through it entirely) :/

Ok, sorry... So I made some of our 'personas' from the sporeum escape
pod on Spore to be used in an adventure I'm planning on making. I made
myself (a Yorp obviously)

(I need to shorten Newt's feet...). If anyone else wants to make an
appearance, post a picture or describe whatever it is you want to be
represented as. It could be from your avatar, or something from your
personality. I'm thinking I'll use BulletMagnet's self created
avatar... the one he made a long time ago.

So yeah, ideas for the adventure are welcome too!

Yes, the second Newt is much better. If you want to and make a
creature from my avatar go ahead, but please don't make it a gigantic
head on a tiny body: In the past many humans have mistaken my chin
wattle for a body in the picture. Equipment-wise I usually wear a
backpack, a hand gun (flechette pistol actually) in a holster on my
left leg, and a Batman style utility belt which has all sorts of
goodies, including extra clips for my flechette pistol, 50' of carbon
nano-fiber rope, hand grenades, and at least one thermal detonator.

Or could you do like a paint version of what you want (or whatever the
Mac equivalent to MS paint is) and upload it or post it via
photobucket?

Oh, and I uploaded that Shy Guy. It's climbing the MPN pretty fast. If

Got it today, 24.99 at the store which was cheaper then the downlow.

Correct me if I'm wrong, but I think EasyB was referring to the
Adventure Land or whatever the first maxis mission is. I don't think
he means yours Kaploy. :)

And you're right, it is annoying.

What's even more annoying are Clark and Stanley, I'm fed up with those
filling the MPN on Spore.com.

By the way, guys: I'm going to take a break from Spore for a little
while. I'm sure I'll be back, but I have so many other things going on
that I may not be in here or creating missions or creatures for a
spell. Anywho, I'll let you guys know when I'm back!

Havent tried yours yet Kaploy ( i did download them) ,as i said i
suppose i have to do the Adventure land thing before
I can do downloded adventures. I want to do the Robotchicken ones.

may be something up with them.


Iv also found it dificult to locate buddies adventures.
Even though i download them at Spore.com i cannot fond them in game.
