I was interested in buying undertale, and was going to play the demo before buying the game during the next steam sale. I got the demo from this link, and when i tried to run the game, nothing happened, and the files opened. I tried to delete the demo instead, but my computer wouldn't let me. I tried to cut the file, and it just greyed out the file and says that my computer can't find the file location. Does anyone know how to remove the demo permanently off my computer?

I have sadly only played the demo, and don't really have the money to spare to get the game right now. It's a shame because this game is right up my alley. T_T Fortunately I've managed to avoid major spoilers so far, hopefully I'll be able to get the game soon.
My favourite thing about the game is that you simply don't have to fight anyone. I'm definitely going to go for an all-pacifist run, it sounds a lot more fun than just monotonously killing everything like you usually would in an RPG (and most games in general). Plus it was a lot more fun reasoning with / befriending the enemies in the demo. It's a really neat concept.
Literally my game of the year so far. Since I didn't know of the kickstarter or demo, this game just sprung out of nowhere for me, everyone was talking about it so much that I was like "screw it, I'm taking a chance", especially since it was so cheap.
I've known about this for a long time because I've always seen the Toriel art since the demo and everyone in my circles has seen it. And it's been a long journey for them but I think they've made a game that might even be on the level with Mother 3 in its scope of character storytelling and the choices affecting your overall experience. This game is brilliant in its lack of conventional gaming cues. It's a hell of a ride.
To You People That Say That The Game Needs To Be Fixed And Worked On: what did ya expect? Haven't even released a demo yet, its literally just the models and attacks. There are a few kinks, yes, but they will all get fixed. Goodbye
Undertale's soundtrack has been well received by critics as part of the success of the game, in particular for its use of various leitmotifs for the various characters used throughout various tracks.[25][26] In particular, "Hopes and Dreams", the boss theme when fighting Asriel in the pacifist playthrough, a run-through where the player avoids killing any monster, brings back most of the main character themes, and is "a perfect way to cap off your journey", according to USgamer's Nadia Oxford.[10] Oxford notes this track in particular demonstrates Fox's ability at "turning old songs into completely new experiences", used throughout the game's soundtrack.[10] Tyler Hicks of GameSpot compared the music to "bit-based melodies".[27]
