Pin locations not being saved

I seem to be having an issue with a new map quiz.  When I go to test, the answers and pins are back in the default position.  I've re-set the pin locations several times. They are not being saved.  http://www.sporcle.com/create/editmap/c4e241a1283

Am I missing something?
