Lineup quizzes

Could someone please tell me how to format a lineup quiz?  I know there's a lot of these but I have an original idea for one.

By lineup quiz, do mean something like this: http://m.sporcle.com/games/smyth/yankees_lineups_19902009
Or something like this: http://m.sporcle.com/games/Aprilli/disneyprincesslineup

If it is the former, make sure your quiz is a classic type and select 'group by hint' in the style tab. For example, it could look like this:
Team Name #1 | Answer #1 | (Position)
Team Name #1 | Answer #2 | (Position)
Team Name #1 | Answer #3 | (Position)
Team Name #2 | Answer #4 | (Position)
Team Name #2 | Answer #5 | (Position)
Team Name #2 | Answer #6 | (Position)
...
etc.

If the quiz you were thinking about was the latter, you would need to request the ability to make slideshow/map quizzes. If you already have, then select the map format, find an image less than 400kB, and edit the map.
