Hey,
I've never actually made one but I'd guess you need to end up with a data page that looks something like this.
Word 1 Song Title 1 Word 1 of Title 1
Word 1 Song Title 2 Word 1 of Title 2
Word 2 Song Title 1 Word 2 of Title 1
Word 2 Song Title 2 Word 2 of Title 2
Word 3 Song Title 1 Word 3 of Title 1
Word 3 Song Title 2 Word 3 of Title 2
Word 4 Song Title 1 Word 4 of Title 1
Word 4 Song Title 2 Word 4 of Title 2
Then go to the style page and click the box next to 'Group Answers with Same Hint', and select 4 columns. This will turn the words in the Hint column (Word 1, Word 2, Word 3 & Word 4) into column headers. The single words from the Extra column (column 3) will become the clues.
The key thing is, that you should organise each column into alphabetical order, to mix them up properly. So if for example I was going to have the songs 'Gold on the Ceiling' by the Black Keys and 'I am the Walrus' by The Beatles, it would be arranged something like this:
Word 1 Gold on the Ceiling Gold
Word 1 I am the Walrus I
Word 2 I am the Walrus am
Word 2 Gold on the Ceiling on
Word 3 Gold on the Ceiling the
Word 3 I am the Walrus the
Word 4 Gold on the Ceiling Ceiling
Word 4 I am the Walrus Walrus
I'm not sure if the 'Arrange Hints Alphabetically' function works when you are grouping by hint as I always set quizzes up in Excel to begin with anyway. You can try it, but I suspect it will be easier to just arrange everything how it should be in Excel, then import all of the data together.
