Subject: Knanaya Community, Always Stay United, Never Get Defeated
To: "ameri...@gmail.com" <ameri...@gmail.com>, "spoo...@gmail.com" <spoo...@gmail.com>

It is very proud to see that entire Knanaya Community  is United and rejected the order of Bishop Jacob Angadiath, while Bishop. Jacob Angadiath trying  to extinguish the North American Knanaya Community by ordering to include non Knanaya members to Knanaya Catholic Churches and Knanaya Catholic Mission in North America. At the same time it is very sad to see that Knanaya  Arch Bishop and Bishop keeping silent or silently supporting the destruction of our centuries old Knanaya ethnic culture and tradition.

Let us pray for the Knanaya Catholic Bishops to act wisely and get courage  to protect our Centuries old Ethnic Knanaya community.

If you go through the attached PDF file of the Procedure and Rules of the the St.Thomas Diocese of Chicago the Bishop have the right to accept reject or revoke any Resolutions passed at any Churches or Missions under St. Thomas Diocese of Chicago. If you go through the procedure and rules it is very clear in the near future they are trying to delete our Knanaya ethnic identity. Just make it clear page 13 of procedure and Rules

16. Members of a Parish:

The Christian faithful belonging to the same eparchy
having domicile or quasi-domicile within
the territory of the parish (CCEO c. 912,
916) or those who have obtained membership
through special orders by the
eparchial bishop.

( According to this rule Bishop Angadiath can give membership to any Non Knanaya members to Knanaya Catholic Churches or missions.
If you go through the entire procedure and rules never mentioned the word Knanaya or Knanaya membership)

Even though it is nice to see our community is united against   the destruction of our ethnic identity, Our community under the leadership of KCCNA we should plan more  firm actions to protect our Knanaya  Ethnic identity including the immediate withdrawal of financial support to Mixed Knanaya Churches and Missions until the Centuries old Knanya Ethnic membership is accepted here in North America.

Please read the attached entire Procedure and rules.

Most of our Community members when see a long letter just delete it.
Please spend your time to protect and  safeguard our own identity and pass it next generations.

Here mentioning only few ares of the Procedure and Rules of  St. Thomas Syro Malabar Diocese of Chicago  to make this letter short.

2. The eparchial bishop shall
have the authority to revoke or
to abrogate all or any of these
rules, and to add, to remove, to
amend these rules either in part
or in full at any time in his discretion.

(There is no mention about the Knanaya Membership in this Procedure and Rules. I does not matter as this Rule can be changed any time.)

3. Any question on these rules or any provisions
of these rules or matters that are
vague or not said in these rules shall be
directed to the eparchial bishop and his
decision shall be final.

(Knanaya Catholic community is centuries old Ehnic community with strict Membership criteria. This Procedure and Rules Finalized on Sep 14 2012. Why the Membership criteria of Knanaya Community is not written in this Procedure and Rules.)
4. All the provisions in these rules stated as
binding or affecting a parish are equally
applicable in same force and nature to all
missions unless specified otherwise in
these rules.

( Never mentioned about Knanaya Catholics in the Procedure and rules.)

bishop to whom the care of the
faithful in a given parish is entrusted as to
its own pastor; he is the representative of

( According to this rule Bishop Angadiath can give membership to any Non Knanaya members to Knanaya Catholic Churches or missions.
