This year's winner is Jay Taylor for his book, “The Generalissimo: Chiang Kai-shek and the Struggle for Modern China.” This event will feature a conversation with 2010 Gelber Prize winner, Jay Taylor, and “Foreign Policy” Editor-in-Chief, Moisés Naím.
