framework update

Hi,

now friends from SIP Communicator (SC) contact list are are show in
F2FComputing framework GUI in real time:
- if a contact becomes online the framework checks if it is a F2F-capable peer and according to this shows the contact in the framework GUI;
- if a peer goes offline it is removed from the framwork GUI.
