Info from HOD Sponsorship,Syahmi:

We will be having a 'fast breaking' session together with all our members including abg Wan Ibrahim and also Alfian.Foods have been sponsored.

So the only things are the members availability and also the venue that are still under consideration.

Date/day suggested is Tuesday 14.8.2012.ok?

Venue:not decided yet.(far from utp or just nearby utp?)...any suggestion?..grand place or normal?

Please reply asap for earlier booking.

Dear Sponsorship committee and Sv's,

This fast breaking session is sponsored by one of The Kasih Project Committee, She/He give me the responsibilities to manage the budget.

So, to make it easier for us, for those who are already finish the first task from the timeline that I've planned for our department only will be allowed to join. And I have move the deadline from last Friday to this Monday for u to approach the sponsors and update me your work progress as simple as that. Since some of our committee fail to follow the timeline, it reflect ur bad discipline and disrespect to me.

So, I hope u can finish the task by this Monday (13th August). If u have any question, feel free to ask me, and please pls ask politely. I'm also a normal human being that might done a mistake and got many limitation.

Here are the committee that deserve a credit what they have done so far:

1. Shaza
2. Hafiz
3. Hidayatul

U guys also can ask any question to the name listed above since I believe they already know the working procedure up until now, and they may give u assistance if I couldn't.

And fyi, the budget that had been sponsored are quite in a big amount, so we can make it at a grand place also (in Seri Iskandar or Ipoh). Just that, don't worry the food will be sponsored fully :)

Okay..this is the final of the final decision =P .no more changes ya.hehe..after taking into consideration the availability of some members except our SV,Abg. Baim and PM,Alfian bcoz they cannot make it.

so our iftar will be as our initial plan which is on Tuesday 14.8.2012.

But a strict reminder from our HOD :

Finish your task on approaching the sponsors by monday and then,he will shortlisted the names of who will be going to iftar on tuesday.He will finalized the names on monday.But..before that,to everyone in this gg,please do not tell others about our iftar session to other committee members and departments to avoid any unwanted problems occurs.just assume that we use our own money ya.

Okay,there's already 1 hour past the deadline, and I have receive good progress from most of our committee . So, follows are the name will going to our iftar this evening :) :

The name who are not listed, I have never got ur work progress report, and I very sorry for not letting u to join us, next event maybe yes :) 

I hope we can depart to Ipoh early. Me and ammar might going to Ipoh at 5.30am. If u guys okay with that, we can go by only 1 car, which is ammar's odessey, I hope u will inform on what time u can go, and we will figure our transportation out.
