Sponsorship work progress update.

Assalam/Greetings,

How is your final exam preparation going on?  ...i know that all of us are busy,but don't worry..focus more on your study and for your finals.
Just a reminder form our HOD about our sponsorship work progress..if you have any update or if you have done any follow up that you want to share..feel free to post it in the group so that we can know the progress of each member.Our HOD is very busy with his UTP HOST programs..so he cannot be with us for a few days..but he would like to know our progress on approaching the sponsors.So our next follow up will be on the 31st of August...do focus more on banks or any companies that you feel they have the potential to be our sponsor.

I managed to get a sponsor from FAREEDA Scarf RM 550 and also 200 pairs of baju kurung for kids.But for the baju kurung we have to pick it up by ourselves at Bandar Baru Bangi,where the FAREEDA Scarf boutique HQ is located.

Thanks Hafiz, for me most of the company that replied, they already don't have any allocation already.

btw, so sorry I couldn't put and give much commitment to The Kasih Project right now, because have some program with UTPHost as our university got a visit from University of Tokyo. Then, today, 31st and 1st I will not around here in UTP. So if u have any problem, just text me because I might not so often to open my email and u also can ask the other member of our department.

o yeaa!..31st of August is public holiday  .sorry ya.if that so,I suggest we can try make it on Monday 3.9.2012.so our dateline also will need to be changed a bit.I hope that we can finish all our jobs within the consideration time 6th-14th of September 2012.if all of u have any suggestion to optimize our work progress,feel free to share.

I got a call from Bank Rakyat and they ask for the exact number of butings banner and etc. Will give confirmation by tmr.

So, try to follow up with banks, as they have potential to sponsor us. Pls, at least call them and persuade then

Please focus on bank and also companies that produce something like rice or any other basic needs such as padiberas nasional. I've made a follow up with BIMB Holdings, and the PIC didn't even remember, and he will update later with me. So, pls do a follow up. PLEASE! for the sake of our event.

Okay, here's the thing.

I know most of us are busy with exam and have no time to go to JPSP to make a call. It's okay. But I still need u guys to call them to ask for update. Maybe can call using ur cellphone. I believe it won't take too much time. Maybe after tired of reading book, call the sponsors as ur take 5. Is it okay? Don't worry, I'll provide u guys the topup. later u can claim to me. Just don't worry okay? :)

I wish most of u guys good luck for ur final exam. For muslims, pls do hajat prayer for both of ur exam and our sponsors, okay? That's all I can help. All the Kasih Project committee are count on us, we are holding such big responsibilities.

Do remember to ask me to claim for ur topup okay. Only for those who update their follow up progress.
