1. Finding more sponsors

-Task:

i) find more money 

ii) target area: within the villages area, around Bota

2. Transportation for donation

-PIC: Log dept & FnB dept

-monitored by daus

-Deadline: 07/10 (Sunday) 

-Task:

i) survey prices for beras and sugar

ii) ask the shop's owner about the transportation-whether they can help us to send the groceries to the villages

iii) ask for free hampers, if they can provide us any

3. Asset

-PIC Nashira

-Deadline: 07/10 (sunday)

-Task:

i) Find free cordial, ice, sugar, cups 

4. Carwash promotion

-PIC: PnP dept

-Task:

i) Create chain mail to promote carwash

ii) Print poster for carwash- 82 copies

iii) Print flyers for TKP and car wash -100 copies

5. Booth decoration
