family day

Dear all.i am happily to say that we will be engaging our first family day which involved all the depts. in KasihProject event.the details are as follow:

TIME: 1 August 2012, 3.30-8 pm.
VENUE:Lecture Hall 1.

DRESS CODE: Proper covered, dress accordingly to the colours for each dept (sponsorship=BLUE)

TENTATIVE:

-SPEECH FROM PM,SV AND HOD'S

-PRESENTATION FROM EACH DEPTS.

-MODULES AND ACTIVITIES.

-DINNER / IFTAR

-PHOTOSHOOT SESSIONS.

-ADJOURNED

there are few reminder that are need to be highlighted:
1.for each dept, we need to have an official colour for each dept and as for our dept,as from the meeting with all the HOD's, we will be the BLUE team.

  so, show your supports guys by wearing any blue colored shirts during the family day =)

2.each depts have to do a presentations regards to any information about their depts. slide preparation task will be annouced shortly =)

2.the cost per pax for this family day is RM 4.50. it basically will covers the FnB during the iftar session.all the committees are asked make the payment 

  to your own respective HOD's before the family day starts =D

3.please reply your availability by today,5 PM as the FnB dept need the head counts for the foods.
