problem regarding email delivery

salam/hi,

i notice that some of the email that i've sent cant get through the companies' mailing system. The mail automatic notification tells some problem might occur such as the email will be delayed for some reasons. I've checked the email address several times and it is the same email that i got from the companies' pic/operator.

how to solve this prob?

That is because the email given is invalid or never exist. So, try to call back and confirm the email address ya :)

Greetings,

It has been noticed some kind of not entairnanment upon my question on how to use the local fixed phone in Malaysia.

I have also noticed the ignorance towards my request to our HOD for a meetings since 2 weeks ago, and also last minutes informations, which I could not see on time, & later not even understand.

However, I am trying to be nice, and so on, but does not mean I have to agree with disrespectful or not appropriate manners.

Maybe we have to be reminded that I am still older than most of us of our department, & I am a responsible Woman in general. Still also I have to manage my own bills, life, transportation, studies, scholarship, projects of UTP, and other activities related to the seniors & juniors from Mozambican community in Malaysia, so I wont be able to be sitting all day in front of the computer to wait or wonder when a email will come in last minute or attempt to understand not clear information again and again.

There is standards of how to write a letter, formal & also informal. Due to the respect and environment, we rather use formal because we are dealing not only with Men, but also with Women among us. So please some respect and consideration for the women, as the men from all the parts of the world do, I do not know how about your country.

Can we be a little bit more considerating during Ramadan at least?

Okay quercia,

First thing here is, I have already arrange the meeting that u asked for but unfortunately u didn't came. I have already posted about our meeting almost 1 an a half days before the meeting, if u wont believe me, u can refer back my post about our 2nd meeting. And the prove that u didn't came are written in the MOM of our 2nd meeting.

Second, I have asked u many times to update ur work progress, then u just replied something that is very clueless to me of what u have already done. And I have give u a warning to update to me ur work progress on 10th August 11.16PM. I asked u to update before 12am. Then I text again on 11th August 12.14am asked u to give me by 8am. Yet still never get ur reply about ur work progress.

Lastly, I do understand u also have many other commitment, as for the other committee also have their own. I also have many other commitment, no need for me to show off what type of position that I holding right now. But, u know the best how to handle ur time, and u know how to handle a small thing like this, if u want to compare with ur other commitment.

I will not say that I really disappointing with u because I still can count on u, even u do inform me, u generate ur own money for this event, just that if even the first task that I gave, u can't make it done, then it will effect the others, as in the list that I gave, got so many potential sponsors, that will be a loss for us for not approaching them, since we got a huge expenditure for this event and we responsible for that.

If u got any problems, just tell me or the other committee, or our sv's don't just keep quite, then when almost deadline, then u start to ask around when the others are striving to finish their own task. Hope u can give good coorperation after this, and I know u will :)

First of all I would like to congratulate all the committees of the Sponsorship Department!! I would say that you have done a marvellous job in terms of our work progress 

In an organization, communication is one of things that drives the organization to achieve its goals. However, we as humans are bound to make mistakes. It's like a natural thing that we humans do but mistakes are what makes us stronger in the future. These also applies in our organization.

Quercia, I really do appreciate that you are quite responsive with our emails by asking questions. Through my previous experience working with international students, you are one of those who show commitment in your work. Judging by the way you have responded, I believe that you need to be more alert and involve with the work progress of the Sponsorship Department.

As stated by Syahmi, i've noticed that you have been absent in the few meetings done by Sponsorship department and the meetings where informed early and not last minute. Your questions will be answered in meetings. As a committee member, we need to have the urge to execute our responsibility even though our responsibility is just to reply a simple text message. Be more involve with the department's progress. If u have attend the weekly meetings, the others would certainly help you to call the list of sponsors.

We need to understand our cultural differences in order for us to work together. We all know that it must be hard for International students coming here in Malaysia. However, people need to adapt with certain cultural differences when they come to different parts of the world. We can't always get what we want in life and by accepting these differences that's where RESPECT comes into our mind. 

I hope we can overcome this problem and improve on our work performance as well as our bonding together. Make this miscommunication a learning process for us.

 Hope everyone can attend The Fast Breaking Session this Wednesday okay.

Thank you very much for everything.

God is Great, I am so sorry for the inconvenience that we do not speak English in Mozambique as official language, neither I comprehend so much what is written over the emails. 

What can I do to improve? Or how to do? I feel so sorry that even with the willingness, I still can get answer for the questions I asked about how to use the phone, and etc.

Okay Quercia, if u got any concern or problem, u may just come to the SSSD at the counseling unit tmr, I believe that our committee will be around, and may help u :) I also will be there, but not sure at what time.

To other committee, pls do help Quercia from how to call until how to fax/email.
