I upgraded Spongewolf to rails 2.1. I was hoping that I would be able
to remove all the rails patches that are in there but as it turns out
I was only able to remove 1. Sponger now has the 2.1 compatible
rail_patches.rb file but to go back to 2.0 all you have to do is
uncomment the method indicated.
