Waivers / Emergency Contact information

Hello everyone,

I have begun compiling a list of member's contact and emergency
contact information (as well as BB / serial number registration).

If you have not yet filled out a Waiver and Release of Liability /
Emergency Contact Info sheet, please do so and get it to me (or to
someone who can get it to me).

It's really really important that you get this stuff in to us for
several reasons, most important of which is your own safety in the
case of an emergency.
