Duplicates in feeds

Hi there,

here is another programme duplication problem:

http://www.spokenword.org/feed/100

Note that the latest episode (Series 2 Episode 4, iTunes Live Festival)
appears three times.
Other episodes are also duplicated.

I am assuming that the source feed does something weird ...
