Bug? Won't rate a specific program

When I rate this program in iTunes, nothing is sent to the server:

Other program's ratings are sent properly. Reproduceable. Running OS X
0.2 version. FYI, I first tried rating this as it was playing, if that
makes any difference.

What software are they using to write the ID3 tags to their file? The issue is not just with our application; I looked at it under a hex editor and the tags don't look quite right. Also looked at it with Mp3Tag (freeware ID3 reader) and it has problems with that file as well.

I've narrowed it down to the album art (APIC tag). The ID3 frame
looks wrong. Yet, iTunes seems to deal with it fine. Strange.

The good news is that it's an IT Conversations program and I wrote the
ID3 code. Thanks for doing my legwork for me, Norm. :-)
