Move Queue to Collection/Curation

Given that 'My Queue' is intended to be "Programs I want to watch or
listen to" it would be nice to be able to listen to the program from
the Queue, then have a 'Move to Collection/Curation' button on the
Program page, along with the Collect/UnCollect buttons.
This function would prompt for Star Rating and Comment, then a list of
Collections.
Selecting one or more collections would remove the item from 'My
Queue' and place it in the collections.
