User survey to inform future package development!

Hi spOccupancy and spAbundance Users,

Ken Kellner (developer and maintainer of unmarked/ubms) and I are in the planning stages of incorporating a suite of new functionality into unmarked, ubms, spOccupancy, and spAbundance (which we collectively refer to as the Ecoverse). We are hoping to synergize development of the four R packages in order to better meet the needs of the user community. To help inform future advancements made in the packages and ensure our plans are in line with user needs, we are requesting your feedback via the anonymous survey linked here. In the survey, you will have the ability to specify the priority level for different functionality we are planning to incorporate, as well as provide your own suggestions for new functionality. The survey should take no more than a couple of minutes. If you'd like to help inform the future of the Ecoverse packages, please complete the survey by 8 September 2025.
