Something is wrong with Kuali and I need to report a problem or question. What do I do?

Your input is critical to reporting issues with Kuali so in order for us to help you resolve your problem or question, please provide the following:

Email s...@csumb.edu with the following:
  1. Your problem or question
  2. The steps you took to arrive at the problem or question
  3. Screenshot(s) of the problem or question
SPO staff will try to fix or answer your question directly. If we can't, we'll submit it to the vendor and CC you on the correspondence. You will get an email from ZenDesk initially to confirm your email and then you can view the ticket you're CC'd on.
