What's the difference between Comments and Notes (in IP and AWD)?

KualiCo typically recommends use of comments in IP and Award since they print out on Award Notices, not IP yet. They're also stored on the database rather than the server which better facilitates reporting. 

Notes are standard and available in all Kuali docs (even maintenance functions) and typically live with that version of the doc.
