In order for Signing Officials to view proposals+awards under their authority, the following permissions must be added to the individuals designated in the signature routing chain (derived roles)

Permissions for the two derived roles KC10020-Proposal College Unit Heads (Deans) & KC10019-Derived Role: Proposal Department Unit Heads (Chairs):

1. 860: View Proposal
   
2. 868: View Award
   
3. 924: Open Institutional Proposal
   
4. 861: View Budget
   
5. 869: View Award Attachments
   
6. 862: View Narratives

Additional roles for Dr. Irwin (Provost):

1. 118: Institutional Proposal Viewer (Unit: 000001; Descends Hierarchy: YES)
   
2. 123: Award Viewer (Unit: 000001; Descends Hierarchy: YES)
