You cannot attach a new file but SPO/Super-users can REPLACE an attachment and change status of existing attachments (from "Incomplete" to "Complete"). SPO/Super-users must evaluate the replacement file to ensure that signing officials who have already authorized the proposal don't need to re-authorize. If re-authorization is required, the proposal should be recalled by SPO/UD or returned by the next signing official so that it's sent back to the beginning of the signature authorization routing chain.

SPO/Super-user instructions for replacing an attachment:
  1. Navigate to the Attachments tab
  2. Click the [Details] button for the attachment you want to replace, and
  3. In the New File field select the new attachment you want to upload.
TIP: If revised uploaded files disappear on refresh it means that you or someone else has the record open multiple times/tabs. Best practice is to CLOSE the record in EVERY tab of your browser when you complete your action. While it's technically OK to have a record open at the same time someone else does, closing it on your end ensures you won't inadvertently prevent other users from taking additional actions.
