Why can't I find the sponsor in the pick list?

While the majority of sponsors are entered, not every sponsor is already in Kuali Coeus. Try searching for a sponsor by using wildcards (*) and entering words into the Sponsor Name field

For example: Enter *Dep*Energy* for a U.S. Department of Energy

If you still cannot find a specific in the pick-list, select "Other-Not Found" (aka: Sponsor Code: 999998, Acronym: DEFAULT) and provide the sponsor information to your SPO contact when you submit your Kuali Proposal to SPO. Or you can submit a request to SPO to add a new sponsor, or revise a sponsor here: Add New or Revise a Sponsor in Kuali.
