Why don't I get email notifications from Kuali when I'm supposed to sign something or my supervisor is supposed to?

Issue: You are a signing official, a back-up/alternate signing official, or support person designated to receive Admin FYI notifications and you are NOT receiving them via email

To configure Kuali to send you email notifications, you'll need to configure your own settings accordingly (we can't do this part for you as it's intended to be user-configured as needed).

After logging into Kuali, click the All Links icon on the left-hand nav-bar and enter the words Action List into the search field:

Select from the drop-down (pick list) Action List to engage the results function.

In your Action List, click the Preferences button at the top right of your screen:

Scroll to the bottom to the Email Notification Preferences section:

Configure your settings like this just to be sure you'll always receive notifications for all your permanent and temporary responsibilities. Be sure to SAVE your work!!!
