How do I clear out old items in my Action List?

Residual Action List items should be only FYI, and occasionally a signing official will have an ACKNOWLEDGE listed in their Action List. Either of these residual action requests can be cleared from your list following the same process (below):

Here's how to clear notifications:

1. After logging into Kuali, navigate to your Action List.

2. Select "FYI" from the pick-list and click the "Apply Default" button:

 

3. Scroll to the bottom of the screen and click the "take actions" button:

 

4. Repeat if necessary until all the actions are cleared from your list.
